Haldi Catering — Bright, Light, Colorful

Haldi is a morning ritual — turmeric paste applied to the bride and groom, music, family, and a meal that matches the bright yellow theme of the day. Our haldi catering builds the menu around saffron, turmeric, mango, and lemon — colors and flavors that mirror the ceremony itself. Light, festive, photogenic.

The Yellow-Themed Haldi Menu

Saffron rice, turmeric pulao, mango chicken, mango lassi, lemon rice, dal tadka, methi paratha, besan chilla, dhokla, kesari bath, rasmalai with saffron, mango kulfi, gulab jamun. The visual of the spread is half the point — yellow plates, gold serving dishes, marigold garnish. Designed to look beautiful in photos and reels.

A Light Menu That Respects the Schedule

Haldi is often back-to-back with mehndi or the wedding day itself, and guests need to be energized but not weighed down. We keep portions small and the menu mostly vegetarian. Mini-thali service works well: small steel plates with rice, dal, sabzi, raita, papad, sweet — eaten quickly and cleared before the next ceremony begins.

Drink Bar for the Daytime Crowd

Mango lassi, sweet lassi, salted lassi, jaljeera, fresh coconut water, watermelon-mint agua fresca, kokum sherbet, masala chaas. For warmer climates (Cancun, Tulum, Cabo), this becomes the most-used station of the morning. We can also do a haldi-themed signature mocktail for photos.
