Authentic North Indian Wedding Catering in Mexico
North Indian cuisine — from Punjab, Delhi, Lucknow and Kashmir — is what most couples picture for an Indian wedding feast: rich gravies, smoky tandoor breads, fragrant biryanis and indulgent dairy-based sweets. Aroma Curry brings a full North Indian kitchen to your destination wedding anywhere in Mexico, with the same chefs and spice palette we use at our flagship CDMX restaurant.
A North Indian Menu Built Around Your Guests
The crowd-pleasers are non-negotiable: butter chicken, dal makhani, paneer makhani, chicken tikka masala, lamb rogan josh, vegetable biryani and chicken biryani. We cook these to traditional Punjabi proportions — generous cream, slow-simmered onion-tomato gravies, whole spices bloomed in ghee. For couples who want to honor specific regional roots, we also do Lucknowi-style biryanis, Awadhi kormas and Kashmiri rogan josh.
Live Tandoor — The Centerpiece Guests Remember
Our clay tandoor travels to every wedding. Naan, lachha paratha, garlic naan and kulcha are baked live in front of guests at 480°C. Tandoori chicken, paneer tikka, malai tikka and seekh kebabs come straight off the skewer. The visual of the tandoor — flames, smoke, the slap of dough against the clay wall — is one of the most photographed parts of any North Indian wedding we cater.
Sweets & Desserts the North Indian Way
Gulab jamun in warm cardamom syrup, rasmalai with crushed pistachio, kulfi falooda, jalebi-rabri pairings, gajar ka halwa, kheer and traditional mithai platters from kaju katli to soan papdi. We can do a full mithai station alongside an interactive jalebi-on-the-tawa setup so guests see desserts being made fresh — a touch that older relatives especially appreciate.
