Punjabi Wedding Catering Mexico — Big, Bold, Generous
Punjabi weddings are loud, generous, and run on food. Our Punjabi catering is built for the energy of a sangeet night, the abundance of a langar-style sit-down, and the late-night chaat after the bhangra. We bring the full Punjabi kitchen — clay tandoor, live makki di roti tava, lassi station — to weddings across Mexico.
The Classics, Done Properly
Sarson da saag with makki di roti (cooked live), butter chicken, amritsari fish fry, chicken tikka, seekh kebabs, dal makhani, rajma chawal, chole bhature, paneer bhurji. Punjabi food is about generosity — gravies are rich, portions are large, and there is always more naan than anyone can eat. We cook in that spirit.
The Bhangra-Night Menu
Sangeet calls for stamina food. We set up live stations: tikka grill, naan tandoor, lassi bar (sweet, salted, mango, rose), and a chaat counter with pani puri, papdi chaat and aloo tikki. Mid-evening we bring out chana bhatura, tava parathas with achar, and butter chicken sliders. After the dance: late-night kulcha, chole, jalebi-rabri and masala chai.
For the Anand Karaj & Reception
The ceremony meal is traditional langar in spirit — simple, honest, abundant. Dal, chawal, sabzi, roti, kheer. For the reception, we go premium: pure ghee mutton biryani, lamb rogan josh, paneer tikka masala, full mithai bar with motichoor laddoo, kaju katli and pinni. We have catered Punjabi weddings of 80 to 600 guests across Cancun, Cabo, Tulum, Los Cabos and Mexico City.
