Indian-Mexican Fusion Wedding Catering
Multicultural weddings need food that bridges cultures, not menus that segregate them. Indian and Mexican cuisines share more than people realize — both are spice-driven, color-rich, fire-cooked and built around bread and rice. Aroma Curry creates fusion menus that feel intentional, not gimmicky, for weddings where one or both partners are bringing their families together.
Fusion Dishes That Actually Work
Tikka tacos (chicken or paneer tikka in soft corn tortillas with mint chutney and pico de gallo), tandoori al pastor, samosa quesadillas, butter chicken nachos, malai kofta enchiladas, chaat-style elote with sev and tamarind, mango lassi paletas, gulab jamun churros. We test every fusion dish before adding it to the menu — if it does not work in both cuisines, it does not make it.
Dual-Cuisine Stations Done Right
For couples who want both cuisines side-by-side rather than fused, we coordinate with Mexican catering partners or run dual stations ourselves. Live tandoor next to live tortilla press. Biryani next to mole. Mango lassi bar next to agua fresca bar. Both cuisines respected, both tables full. We have done this for 200+ guest receptions in Cancun, Cabo and CDMX.
Drinks & Late-Night Bites
Welcome drinks: mango lassi, jaljeera, hibiscus agua fresca, cucumber-mint coolers, masala chai bar. Late-night fusion: pani puri shots with mezcal, tikka taquitos, samosa-style empanadas, chaat-loaded fries, churros with rabri. The point is to give guests something they have never had before but immediately want again.
