Sangeet Catering in Tulum — Bohemian Energy
Tulum sangeets have their own aesthetic: bohemian-luxury venues, jungle backdrops, candlelit tables, beachfront dance floors. The food has to match — colorful, photogenic, eaten under string lights and stars. We cater sangeets across Tulum venues including Papaya Playa, Ahau Tulum, Casa Malca and Be Tulum.
The Tulum Sangeet Menu
Live stations that fit the venue aesthetic: live tandoor with a fire pit feel, live dosa griddle, live chaat counter with copper serveware, live biryani served from clay handi pots. Cocktail bites: paneer tikka skewers, malai tikka, chaat shooters in shot glasses, mini puris with chickpea filling. Drinks: signature spice cocktails (cardamom mezcalita, masala mojito), masala chai bar, mango lassi station.
Working with Tulum Venues
Tulum venues often have limited kitchen infrastructure — many are eco-luxury properties with off-grid setups, restricted equipment lists, sustainability constraints. We bring our own portable kitchen equipment, work within the venue protocols, and have catered at most of the major properties: Papaya Playa Project, Ahau Tulum, Casa Malca, Be Tulum, Nômade, Habitas. We know which venues need what.
Late-Night After the Dancing
Tulum sangeets run late — often past midnight — and the dance floor stays full. Our late-night menu kicks in around 11pm: butter chicken sliders, biryani in mini clay pots, kulcha-chole, masala chai with fresh ginger, jalebi-rabri pairings. For the post-3am crowd, we leave a small chai-and-jalebi station running until the venue closes.
