The Intimate Wedding Format
Plated multi-course service rather than buffet. Family-style sharing platters for the ceremony meal. Private chef-led food walk-throughs at the rehearsal dinner. Custom menu input from both families. Mehndi and sangeet often at the villa pool deck, ceremony at the beach, reception in the great room. Smaller guest count means we can do things at the food level that scale poorly — like custom paan rolling for each guest, individual mithai boxes, signature cocktails per family member.
A Premium Menu for Smaller Guest Counts
Plated multi-course: amuse-bouche (chaat shot or paneer canapé), starter platter (kebabs or curry-soup duo), curry trio with rice and bread, dessert flight (mithai trio with kulfi). For sit-down formal: 5-7 course tasting menus designed around the couple's preferences. For more relaxed: family-style sharing platters with multiple curries, breads, rice, and dessert spread. The food intimacy matches the wedding intimacy.
